Haji Ali Dargah:-

Haji Ali Mosque is a bundle of white domes located in Worli which is a southern suburb of Mumbai. Haji Ali is the most distinguishing landmark of Mumbai as it seems like White Domes are providing a vital connection between Earth and Heaven. To reach at this mosque which is at the center of sea you we have to cover a Rocky Path, and we can reach only during the calm or low tide of water waves in Arabian sea because the connecting rocky path get entirely submerged by water during monsoon. During the season of Monsoon we can visualize that entire mosque is floating in the sea, that's why it is also termed as floating mosque in Mumbai.

Mahalakshmi Temple:-

Mahalakshmi Temple is also located in Worli on the northern side of Malabar Hills. This is the most religious Temple in Mumbai as it cherishes three Devi's namely Lakshmi, Kali and Saraswati. Whereas the principle Devi is Lakshmi that's why the name given is Mahalakshmi Temple.

This temple was built in 1785 and the History behind it is that when Britishers failed in their number of attempts to connect Mahalakshmi area woth Worli, this problem was solved only when goddess Lakshmi appeared in the dream of chief engineer and suggest him to remove the three statue from sea bed and also establish them on one serine. After this incidence the Temple was built.
