Hanging Garden is also known by the name Pherozeshah Mehta Gardens which was built in 1880 and again renovated in 1921. Because of its location on the slope of hills the name Hanging Garden is derived. This garden is located in Colaba which is most posh locality in Mumbai and this garden offers an breathtaking view of city and sunset. Sanjay Gandhi National Park:-


Sanjay Gandhi National Park is a best secure area of forested hills in the northen outskirts of Mumbai. This park is more famous for 109 Kanheri Caves which lies in the centre of park, and was used by Buddhist monastic as temples in 2nd and 9th centuries. The Great Chaitya Cave along with 16 ft high pillers is the most impressive thing in cave 3. This Park is located in Borivali East so sometimes it is also termed as Borivali Park.
